Apply to live at Eagle Heights Village

Thank you for your interest in Eagle Heights Village. We offer both market-rate homes and affordable homes through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.

Market-rate homes are open to all qualified applicants. Affordable homes have income limits and other program requirements, which our team will review with you.

All applicants complete our standard screening process. Once your application is complete, you’ll be placed on the waiting list for the home type you qualify for. Only completed applications can be processed.
